Features of Millbrook's Base Cabinets

Assembly:

• Cabinet parts, including end walls, backs, bottoms are assembled with 5mm steel dowels, .

• Finished ends will be laminated after the cabinet is assembled

Material Thickness:

• All parts are 5/8" thick for particle board cabinets, 3/4" thick for plywood. Bottoms are always 3/4".

Cabinet Face Edge:

• Complimentary PVC to match cabinet exterior.

Bottom Construction:

• Standard bottom is full width and has a 4" high toe kick recessed 1 3/4", 2 1/2 " with doors. Plastic leg levelers are standard and are located so that when toe kick material is applied, the standard recess will be on all sides.

Depth:

• Cabinet box is 23 7/8" Nominal 24 3/4" with door.

Shelf Support:

• 3mm Metal spoon pin for shelf support, fully adjustable. Shelves are 15" deep with matching interior PVC on front edge.

Drawer front & Hinge Details:

• Height of standard top drawer front is 6 7/16" and is held down 3/16" from top of the cabinet. When door is open 90 degrees, it remains within the cabinet width. Hinge will allow door to one 125 degrees.

Drawer Details:

• Gray Blum Tandembox with Full extension soft close track is standard. Stainless steel finish is available. Upgrades include melamine on particle board or plywood with full extension Blum under mount soft close track or 4 sided , dovetailed construction in Maple species with 5/8" thick sides and 3/8" thick bottoms are also available.
