Base Cabinets - Custom Wall Cabinets - Custom

Features of Millbrook's Custom Base Cabinets

Assembly:

  • Cabinet parts, including end walls, backs, bottoms & partitions, are assembled with 5mm steel dowels.

  • Finished ends use wood dowels.

Material Thickness:

  • All parts 5/8" thick for Particle board cabinets, 3/4" thick for Plywood

Cabinet Face Edge:

  • Wood veneer to match cabinet exterior.

Bottom Construction:

  • Standard bottom has 4" high toe kick, recessed 2 3/16". 1/2" panel provided for adding toe kick material.

Depth:

  • Cabinet box is 23 7/8" deep, 24 3/4" with the door.

Shelf Support:

  • 3mm Metal pin recessed into the shelf and is fully adjustable. Shelves are 15" deep with 3mm PVC on front edge. Plywood cabinets get 3mm solid wood edge.

Door, Drawer Front and Hinge Details:

  • Standard Drawer front height is 6 7/16" with 3/16" reveal at the top.

  • Door will have 1/8" reveal at top, flush on the bottom, 1/16" on the sides. When door is open 90 degrees, it remains with the cabinet width. Hinge will allow door to open 125 degrees.

Drawer Details:

  • Top opening is 5 5/8" high. Drawer boxes are 21" deep and approximately 1" less then opening height. Standard track is Blum Tandem under mount full extension with soft close.
